This is the premier event of each year. Held every April in conjunction with Fair Housing Month, this conference showcases seminars and presentations from experts in the industry.

We fly presenters in from all over the country to bring the most cutting edge knowledge, skills, and suggestions to better our industry directly to you.

Over 100 vendors also exhibit the most current products, techniques and technology to help you more easily, effectively, and most efficiently run your business. Approximately 1,000 industry professionals attend this event.

The Annual Tribute Awards Dinner is a celebration of excellence, to honor those in our industry who have achieved superior qualities through their efforts in multi-family housing and property management in Utah. Their professionalism, integrity and hard work deserve to be recognized. That is why the Utah Apartment Association hosts the annual Tribute Awards.

The judging process is comprehensive and a lot of hard work for dozens of people. The Events Committee and Judges spend hundreds of volunteer hours holding planning sessions, soliciting nominations, and judging the nominees.

Great care and effort go into assuring these awards are as objective, inclusive, and as fair as possible. In order to make sure of this, judging committees consisting of three or more individuals judge the categories. Because of the measures taken, we are confident that the winners in each category prevail based on their interviews, the appearance of the property on the day it was visited, and the professional treatment to the shoppers by property staff. Results are not a popularity contest — results are based on objective measures and you can be confident that the winner in each category rated the highest in the areas measured and deserve this great honor.

Maintenance Olympics and Education Conference

This event is a celebration of the maintenance professional. Thousands of hardworking and highly skilled individuals perform the maintenance tasks in this industry that are essential for the success of any real estate investment.

The morning is spent attending seminars on the hottest topics of the maintenance profession and what maintenance professionals need to know to keep their communities functioning at the highest levels.
