We are excited to offer a Certified Apartment Manager (CAM) Program to our members beginning in the Fall of 2019.
The full course with materials is being offered for $825.
CAM Program consists of eight courses:
1 - Industry Essentials Tuesday, September 24th, 2019 | 9 AM—4 PM
2 - Financial Management Tuesday, October 8th, 2019 | 9 AM—4 PM
3 - Marketing Tuesday, October 22nd, 2019 | 9 AM—4 PM
4 - Property Maintenance Tuesday, November 12th, 2019 | 9 AM—4 PM
5 - Risk Management Tuesday, December 17th, 2019 | 9 AM—4 PM
6 - Legal Responsibilities Tuesday, January 7th, 2019 | 9 AM—4 PM
7 - Human Resources Tuesday, January 21st, 2020 | 9 AM—4 PM
8 - The Resident Experience Tuesday, February 11th, 2020 | 9 AM—4 PM
• Requirements for achievement of the CAM credential include:
a. One year of experience in the apartment industry
b. Completion of eight courses
c. Passing grade on the CAM exam
*All CAM Classes in the course are only being offered once throughout this 2019/2020 program. Classes will be held at the Utah Apartment Association located at 230 W Towne Ridge Pkwy #175 in Sandy, UT 84070.
