Paul Smith, CAE Executive Director paul@uaahq.org Paul Smith started with the association in 2002. He has a Bachelor of Science in Business Management from Utah Valley University and is a Certified Association Executive, accredited by the American Society of Association Executives. In 2010 Mr. Smith received the Paragon Award from the National Apartment Association and is a current member and past president of the Utah Society of Association Executives. Mr. Smith is currently licensed by the Utah Division of Real Estate as a Sales Agent and Continuing Education Instructor and a current landlord himself here in Utah. His first exposure to the apartment industry was in 1996 as a leasing agent in the Salt Lake Valley. Mr. Smith enjoys the Utah outdoors skiing in the winter and hiking in the summer.
Michelle Wood-Peck started with the association in 2015. She has extensive experience in office management, bookkeeping, and government organizations. Over the years she and her family have had considerable experience in the rental housing industry. Mrs. Wood-Peck enjoys gardening and raising her chickens
Gavin J. Gilbert Association Relations & Outreach gavin@uaahq.org Gavin Gilbert started with the association in 2014 after finishing a legislative Internship with the law firm K.K.O.H. His career has been focused on government affairs, property management regulations, and association management. His first experience with association management was in 2012 and has continued that role with the UAA. Mr. Gilbert has a Bachelors Degree in Political science, and is currently working towards earning his Juris Doctorate. Gavin's passions include his Wife, Children, Family, Church, basketball, and golf.

During her free time you are likely to catch Stephanie spending time with her husband and son, or in the stands of a Real Salt Lake Game.
